A.J. KAUFMANN

A.J. Kaufmann is a poet/singer/songwriter born on June 24 1989 in Poland. He's been involved in various artistic activities in his country since 2004, and in 2008 he’s become a vital part of the international small press scene. Last year his poetry has been published at Asphodel Madness, Callused Hands, The Plebian Rag, Ditch, Calliope Nerve, Gloom Cupboard, Lit Up Magazine, Literary Tonic, Literary Club, Deuce Coupe, The, Black Shark Press, Carcinogenic Poetry and Lines written w/ a razor.

He's the author of “Siva in Rags” (KSE, 2008), "Insane in Rome" (Erbacce Press, 2008), “Broke Nuptial Minds” (Virgogray Press, 2009), “Via Alighieri” (KSE, 2009), “Vagabond Vacancy” (KSE, 2010) and other poetry/song lyrics chapbooks.

A.J. is also the founder and editor of New Polish Beat, a Polish micro-press focusing on the best modern poetry and lyrics from Europe and USA (founded May 2009) and Eviscerator Heaven, an online poetry zine (founded June 2008).
